Forecast: An upper level low that killed 6 people and 2 dogs in Southern California will make its way for the Phoenix area… East half of Arizona…DEADLY LIGHTNING FROM THIS… large hail and damaging winds will be likely… As I stated in the previous updates… Eastern half of Maricopa County will be affected most …you have your warning.. do not go outside this afternoon evening//.
