Forecast:  An upper level lifting component will come out of Maricopa County, surging westward along I-8  to the CO River Valley areas.  This will be the focal spot for developing showers and thunderstorms.  Storms may continue off and on through the morning and even to Tuesday night with a northward outflow boundary from severe thunderstorms hitting Parker/Havasu
