Forecast: Strong instability is being noted across all of Yavapai County at the current time.  As the day moves along, strong thunderstorm development will contain large hail and damaging winds, with an outside isolated tornado/landspout risk.   This watch area replaces the Thunderstorm Watch issued in the area this morning, which is considered an upgrade … Flooding will also be likely …
