Site:  Arizona Weather Force has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch effective later this morning through this evening …

Date:  8/12/23 at 10:00am PT

Forecast: An upper-level low pressure system over Southern California will generate upper-level lifting across the watch area today.  This southeast flow around the eastern periphery of it will be present, which will bring areas of large hail and damaging winds from micro-burst activity. 

Isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out.   This also is where Prescott gets hit head on as well as the Chino Valley zones.  Attending outflow boundaries will make a move on Kingman later this evening …
