Storm System Moving Across Arizona Today, Thursday March 7th, 2024; Rain Model and Thunderstorm Forecast

There is not much to say about this system.  It is a simple system that will bring meager rain amounts to most of the metros.  Here are the bullet points without boring you.

  1. The system will be strongest north, south, and east of Phoenix.
  2. Tucson will see more rain than Phoenix.
  3. Chance of thunderstorms exists for Central, South, and Eastern Arizona.
  4. Flagstaff will see 1-2″ of snowfall, otherwise not much on the rim.

That will be it.  Use the rain model and bullet points I’ve provided for your forecast for this system.

LONG RANGE:  Nothing expected for a while.
