Arizona Weather Force has issued a Wind Advisory for 30 to 50 mph winds on Saturday, March 1st, 2025.
Discussion: An upper level low moving out of Southern California will bring strong southerly winds with it. There will also be a short window of low moisture content, which is a fire hazard. The highest winds near 50 mph in gusts will be Santa Cruz County to Sierra Vista, in Southeast Arizona. Never-the-less, anyone in the shaded zones should expected the gusty wind conditions. Nothing else to say otherwise. Storm window is opening for the region as we move along the month of March so stay tuned for updates.
