This is Raiden Storm, back again. Arizona Weather Force has issued two products for the state of Arizona with a system coming out of Southern California between Friday and this weekend. The products are, a rain model with zoom in capabilities and also a Flood Watch.
A potent storm system coming out of Southern California will dip far enough south to bring southerly moisture into the state once again. Focus spots for this will be the official Arizona Flood Watch, centering around Friday, November 21st, 2025 for the Yuma, Arizona area. Yeah yeah, I know, Yuma always complains, but hey this time you’ll get your flooding rains so prepare for that.
Other areas of this will receive rainfall, but it will not be like the past storms.
The focus will be Yuma as Arizona Weather Force does control and report on the entire state. Flood Watch from Arizona Weather Force is now in effect with flooding for Yuma Friday with thunderstorms as well.
SNOW: This is a higher elevation snowfall event due to the tropical nature of the flow, which means Flagstaff will only get a dusting and that is it and so on. Not issuing any Winter Storm Warnings with this one.
