Zones Affected: Maricopa and Pinal County … Northern half of Pima County, including Tucson … Northwest half of Cochise County … Graham County … Southern half of Gila County …
Discussion: A storm system that brought a possible tornado to Los Angeles County early this morning will move east into Arizona this afternoon and evening. The squall-line that hit Los Angeles will re-develop in Western Arizona and move through the watch box. This will directly affect Phoenix, Pinal, and Tucson’s metro zones with severe thunderstorms capable of damaging winds, hail, and even that chance of a tornado.
