A powerful inside slider from Nevada will move south-southwest into Northern Baja after January 18th, giving the state of Arizona the eastern periphery to bring the needed moisture and lift for widespread precipitation and mountain snowfall, some of which will be heavy. Details are not fully known on it as inside sliders wait till the last couple of days to eject into a certain track, but confidence is high.
