Forecast: An easterly wave remains stuck in the upper level flow, similar to a cutoff low.  Easterly waves are mini low pressure systems, much smaller than their larger counterparts. 

Given what is happening in Southern Arizona right now, this easterly wave will move into position early Wednesday morning, developing showers and thunderstorms once again in nearly the same spots that saw it Tuesday morning.  Storms will be capable of lightning and heavy downpours, which can lead to flooding within the two county zones.
