Forecast: The article written on June 15th looks (Click here) right on for what will happen today with most of the activity east of the Phoenix Metro areas (those will be hit and miss through tonight) and having the concentration being within the watch area.  Strong instability will be noted as deeper monsoon moisture comes through the region.   

AZWF wind and hail model does support large hail and damaging winds with the strongest cells during the watch period as well as flooding …

I cannot rule out isolated tornado activity, but it is not enough to produce a watch for it … just this wording. 

Storms will move from south to north …
