Forecast: The upper-level system that moved through California yesterday is bringing a strong upper dynamic through the watch area today.  This will work with cold air aloft filtering in for the risk of thunderstorms in and around the watch zone.

Storms today could contain funnel clouds, hail, strong winds, and flooding at times …
